Sam’s Experience

Prior to commencing his professional career, Sam worked as an apprentice carpenter gaining on the ground experience in the construction of both residential and commercial projects.

Sam commenced his professional career in Newcastle where during his final years of completing his Bachelor of Construction Management, he worked as a Quantity Surveyor for a professional quantity surveying firm, Muller Partnerships.

In 2009, Sam joined Davis Langdon (an AECOM Company) where he widened his expertise and found the pathway to his life-long dream of becoming a Property Developer.

Sam has extensive knowledge in; property development, project management; contract administration; development planning; feasibility studies; cost planning and cost management of projects during all phases of procurement; civil estimating; tender review and assessment; contract negotiation; cost reporting; progress claim recommendations; variation assessment and negotiation; development finance; agreement of final accounts; project componentisation; preparation of BOQ’s; master-planning; development programming; town planning; building certification; and building revaluations.
