Jessica’s Experience

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Jess commenced her professional career in Colombia working for her family’s company INFINITA S.A.S. in a business development role. With her father as her personal mentor, a recognised Colombian Businessman of the Year, she quickly learned incalculable business acumen and negotiation skills and founded her passion for finance and business.

In 2009, she moved to Australia to finish her Bachelor of Economics and on completion, her Dual-Masters of Applied Finance and International Business, whilst still working in INFINITA S.A.S.

It was in Australia that Jess commenced her real estate career and found her passion for property. This new passion combined with her endorsed business skills, helped establish the blueprint for the creation of Avision.

Jess has extensive knowledge of; business risk management; business development; financial analysis; portfolio management; benefit cost analysis; the real estate industry; project execution; analysis of macro and micro economic trends and their implications on the property market; marketing; brand development; development finance; capital funding; and, managing human resources.
