Calvin’s Experience

Calvin began his property career in Malaysia at a young age. In 2006, after moving to Australia, he joined Davis Langdon (an AECOM company), where he gained invaluable experience on some of South-East Queensland’s major projects before pursuing his own vision – Avision Development Group.

Calvin has a depth of knowledge in; property development; project management; development planning; acquisitions; feasibility studies; cost planning; estimating; town planning; building certification; programming; development finance; preparation of bill of quantities; contract administration; tender review; cost reporting; variation assessment; tax depreciation; building life-cycle costing; progress claim certification; and final account negotiation.
